RSF Militia Shots Dead (40) Citizens in Al-Gezira

Forty people were killed “by shooting” in Sudan in an attack launched by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia on a village in Al-Gezira State, according to what a doctor reported today, Wednesday.

A witness in the village of (Wad Oshaib) said, in a phone call with Agence France-Presse (AFP), that the RSF militia launched an assault starting Tuesday evening and “resumed it on Wednesday morning,” explaining that the attackers are committing “looting.”

A doctor at Wad Rawah Hospital, north of the village, told AFP, requesting anonymity for fear of his safety after the medical teams were subjected to several attacks, that “the forty people were directly hit by bullets.
