RSF Militia Carries Out Suicide Attack on Al-Obeid

The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia launched a sudden and suicidal attack on Al-Obeid on Saturday.

Sources told Darfur24 that some militia members had earlier seized the Al-Ayyara area and Abu Sonon Mountains before advancing toward Al-Obeid from the west.

They indicated that the attacking forces penetrated as far as the Chinese company headquarters in the west of the city and Saliheen Market in the southwest, before being defeated and pursued by the 5th Infantry Division (Al-Haggana) westward.
