Rotations among SAF commanderships
The Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) conducted a list of rotations among senior its officers.
Sources said that the changes are periodic and the SAF General Staff has made them between divisions and departments.
The rotations included appointing Maj. Gen. Shams El-Din Musa Al-Egaida as commander of the Third Infantry Division in Shendi and commander of Al-Maageel advancing forces. Maj. Gen. Al-Gali was also rotated to the military inspection.
Maj. Gen. Al-Tahir Sambo and Maj. Gen. Osman Ismail Siraj were rotated to the officers’ affairs branch.
Maj. Gen. Ahmed Mohamed Al-Hassan Al-Amas was returned to the Military College. The General Staff rotated Maj. Gen. Hamdan Abdel-Gadir was rotated from the Third Infantry Division to the Military Police, and Maj. Gen.
Khalid Mohamed Saidahmed Al-Gadi was rotated to the Second Infantry Division.
Maj. Gen. Omar Mohamed Al-Hassan Al-Siddig was rotated to the 17th Division, and Maj. Gen. Tarig Saud to the 19th Division.
Maj. Gen. Adil Abdullah was rotated to Al-Dabba sector, Maj. Gen. Youssef Mohamed Ahmed Abu Sharib was appointed as the commander of Dongola sector, whereas Maj. Gen. Mohamed Ahmed Al-Ageed was rotated to the Music Corps.
Maj. Gen. Suleiman Haj Al-Khidr was rotated to the Administrative Affairs Institute, and Maj. Gen. Asim Abdullah Al-Fadil was transferred to the Al-Sayyad Forces Control.
