Recent satellite images confirm safety of UAE ambassador’s residence in Khartoum
Sudan Foreign Minister Hussein Awad showed journalists recent satellite images confirming the safety of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) ambassador’s residence in Khartoum and that it was not subjected to any sabotage.
The minister said, during a press conference Monday in Portsudan, that the UAE embassy is the only embassy among diplomatic missions’ headquarters that was not vandalized or its contents were stolen by the outlaw Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia.
The minister accused the UAE of lying at this time about bombing the ambassador’s residence to cover up its blatant role in supporting the militia. The minister affirmed that the UAE stole the tongue of some countries and organizations and issued statements to reinforce and support its lie about bombing the headquarters.
Meanwhile, the minister said that the Government of Sudan is ready to sit with any party in pursuit of peace, provided that it adheres to the provisions of the Jeddah Agreement.
