Prominent RSF commanders jump from the sinking ship

The commander of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), Hagar Abdullah, announced his resignation from the RSF militia due to what he called violations against citizens. Hemeidti’s advisor, Ayub Osman Nahar, had announced his resignation from the militia on Friday due to targeting civilians. They were preceded a week ago by Nahar Osman Nahar who jumped from the sinking ship.

Hagar said, in his resignation statement, that he declares his support for the Sudanese army, the joint forces, and the Sudanese people. He justified his resignation by the spread of tribalism and the targeting of specific social components.
