Outlaw RSF Militia displaces 400 villages in Eastern Al-Gezira, brings in newcomers from Chad

The insurgent Rapid Support Forces’ (RSF) retaliatory campaigns have displaced the people of hundreds of villages in Eastern Al-Gezira State.

Al-Gezira Conference said that the number of completely displaced villages reached 400 villages, while the number of partially displaced villages amounted to 115 villages out of the total of 515 villages in the Eastern Al-Gezira Locality alone. Al-Gezira Conference added that new newcomers were brought by the outlaw RSF militia to the villages of (Mustafa Ghurashi and Al-Temaid) in Al-Halawin area near Al-Hasahisa. A statement issued by the conference explained that the rebel RSF militia has settled 70 families in the village of (Dalga Al-Halawin).

An eyewitness told the informed source, who spoke with them, that their travel took weeks. He expected them have come from Chad.
