‘One Army, One People’: Sudanese Show Solidarity Against RSF and Foreign Intervention
Cities and states across Sudan, as well as capitals in Europe, Africa, the Americas, Asia, and Australia, witnessed massive popular marches and rallies under the slogan “One Army, One People.” The demonstrations expressed solidarity with the Sudanese Armed Forces in their confrontation with the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) rebellion and the ongoing aggression against Sudan.
The events highlighted the unity of the Sudanese people with their armed forces. Numerous photos obtained by Sudanese Echoes from Sudanese and international cities showed hundreds of thousands of Sudanese from all walks of life in Port Sudan, Kassala, Dongola, Al-Gadarif, Sennar, Madani, Khartoum, Al-Obeid, Sinkat, and Wadi Halfa, waving Sudanese flags and carrying banners condemning foreign interference. Participants also called for the RSF to be designated as a terrorist organization and demanded the end of any external involvement in Sudanese affairs.
