New Mechanism Launched to Combat “9 Tawila” Gangs in Khartoum

 

The Coordination Committee for Security Affairs in Khartoum Locality announced the formation of a new mechanism to combat “9 Tawila” gangs in southern Khartoum, through fixed checkpoints and mobile patrols involving all regular forces.

 

 

The committee, in a statement, affirmed the continuation of its plans to prevent crime and regulate markets, alongside campaigns to apprehend foreigners violating the law, tightening regulations on the transport of furniture and vehicles, and conducting field patrols in areas with high security vulnerability.
