MFA: UAE is responsible for all bloodshed in Sudan

The Sudanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) launched a violent attack on the United Arab Emirates (UAE) against the backdrop of a statement issued by the UAE Foreign Ministrty in which it welcomed Turkey’s efforts to mediate between the two countries.

MFA said that the UAE’s statement is an escape from the truth that the whole world knows, that it is directly responsible for all the blood that has been shed and is being shed in Sudan and the killing, displacement and atrocities that have befallen the Sudanese people.

MFA statement confirmed that the UAE is a sponsor of the terrorist RSF militia.

The statement ridiculed – what it called – the hollow and false allegations that the UAE is working for peace in Sudan. It revealed that on the same day of the UAE’s statement, the militia shelled the only hospital operating in El-Fashir and displacement camps.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs asserted that Sudan welcomed Turkey’s readiness to mediate between it and the UAE because the latter is a party to the aggression it is being subjected to, and that any effort to convince it to cease its hurt to Sudan and its people deserves encouragement and positive interaction with it, especially since Turkey is trusted and appreciated by Sudan.

MFA statement called on the UAE to halt supplying the militia with weapons and mercenaries and to direct it to lay down its arms to achieve peace.
