Khalid Omar: RSF Gangs inflict all kinds of torment on Al-Gezira people

The leader of the Sudanese Congress Party, Khalid Omar Youssef “Silk”, said that the people of Al-Gezira have the right to be happy after living a difficult year in which they tasted all forms of abuse and torture at the hands of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) Gangs who committed crimes against unarmed civilians.
Silk called on the Sudanese Armed Forces, after liberating Wad Madani, not to be swept away by calls for revenge that are being fueled by many parties against unarmed citizens who remained on Al-Gezira after the army’s withdrawal. He added, “They are a people who have no choice but to coexist with any circumstances.” Khalid Omar stressed that this war is nothing but a criminal war that no goodness, and its victim is the citizen who has no stake in it. He continued “the only way out for our country from this madness is a peaceful, fair solution agreed upon by the people of Sudan.”
