Her husband was killed due to torture… A German woman is subjected to terrible violations by RSF militia in Omdurman

A German foreign woman was subjected to terrible violations by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia, along with her Sudanese husband in Omdurman. While the German woman resisted, her husband was killed due to systematic torture by the militia members.

The German woman revealed to the Wali (governor) of Khartoum State, Ahmed Osman Hamza, that she was exposed to various types of violations by members of the rebel militia in the Beit Al-Mal Compensation neighborhood located east of Wad Al-Bashir Bridge in Ombada and south of the popular market in Omdurman. She also told the governor that her husband was endangered systematic torture that led to his death.

After the death of her husband, the German woman lives alone and has some pets with her, which forced her, under the repeated attacks by the rebel militia, to seek harbor with a Sudanese family after the neighborhood was completely emptied of residents.

She said, in her testimony, that despite what happened to her, she does not want to leave Sudan after she found all the care and attention from the Sudanese family and the armed forces after the area was cleansed of the rebellion.
