Erdogan: We Cannot Simply Watch What Is Happening in Sudan

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that Türkiye will continue its diplomatic efforts to ensure peace and security in Sudan.

He made the remarks to reporters on Saturday evening while returning from a visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan.

“In this regard, we will continue our diplomatic efforts to guarantee peace and security in Sudan,” Erdogan said, adding, “We cannot simply remain spectators to what is happening there.”
