Egyptian Presidency: Sudanese in Egypt are respected and appreciated
The Egyptian Presidency has pledged to continue to sponsor and support the Sudanese presence on Egyptian territory.
The Egyptian Presidency delegate, the representative of President of the Republic, Mohamed Reda, visited the Sudanese Embassy in Cairo and met with the Sudanese Ambassador, Emad Adawi.
Rida conveyed to the ambassador the congratulations of Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi to his Sudanese counterpart, Abdel-Fattah Al-Burhan, on the occasion of the glorious Independence Day.
Reda stressed the continued sponsorship of President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi for the Sudanese presence on Egyptian territory, and that they are respected and appreciated, promising exerting more efforts in this respect.
For his part, Ambassador Adawi thanked the Egyptian government, its handling of the Sudanese crisis and support for Sudanese citizens, and overcoming all difficulties facing them, sending his thanks and appreciation to Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi and members of his government for hosting the Sudanese expatriates with all comfort and good spirits.
