Egyptian Interior Ministry clarifies the reality of the arrest of Sudanese in (Faisal and Barageel) neighborhoods

An Egyptian security source denied what was circulated by a number of social media pages regarding the security services arresting a group of Sudanese in Faisal and Barageel neighborhoods.

The Ministry of Interior said, in a statement this morning, Saturday, that “publishing such false allegations contributes to causing confusion and anxiety among citizens.”

The Interior Ministry announced that “the necessary legal measures will be taken against those who spread these rumors to ensure that they are not repeated.”
