Details of Al-Dagalo Militia’s Loss in Battle (207) in El-Fashir

The Sixth Infantry Division in El-Fashir has disclosed new details regarding Thursday’s battle with the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia, which attempted to storm the city in attempt number (207).
The 6th Division stated, in a press release, that its forces displayed the finest fighting techniques, enabling them to repel and defeat the militia. According to the release, the forces seized a large number of spoils, including 12 combat vehicles, in addition to weapons and ammunition left behind by the militia on the battlefield.
The Sixth Infantry Division announced that the vicinity of El-Fashir city witnessed large waves of militia fleeing to the areas of Kabkabiya and Saraf Omra in North Darfur State, as well as to Nyala and El-Daein, as a result of the heavy losses they suffered in Thursday’s battle.
Eyewitnesses confirmed the accumulation of wounded militia members in hospitals and health centers, amid a shortage of treatment. They pointed to the outbreak of sharp disagreements within their ranks, with embarrassing questions being raised about why El-Fashir had not fallen.
The 6th division stated that the terrorist militia targeted neighborhoods in El-Fashir with intermittent artillery shelling on Friday, killing four civilians and wounding 12 others who were transferred to hospitals for treatment.
The division reassured that the armed forces are steadfast, resilient, and resolute, and that they will not allow anyone to approach within an inch of “Adab Al-Asi,” a reference to El-Fashir.
