Despite passing of (3) weeks… hundreds of corpes remain unburied in the streets and homes of Zamzam.

 

A spokesperson for the Higher Administration of Zamzam camp reported on Sunday that hundreds of bodies have been found in the streets and homes of the camp without being buried since the militia’s invasion three weeks ago.

 

The spokesperson, Mohamed Khamis Doda, revealed to Sudan Tribune, that hundreds of corpes have been found in the streets and homes of the camp that have not been buried since the attack on April 11.

 

He pointed out that the camp’s homes have been subjected to widespread looting and theft by individuals and groups from neighboring communities.

 

 

Duda stated that those trapped in Zamzam camp are facing a drinking water crisis, while those fleeing the camp to El-Fashir are facing food shortages, relying on emergency chambers and communal kitchens for food.
