Death of 3 children due to malnutrition south of Khartoum
The Emergency Chamber of the South Belt in Khartoum announced the death of three children due to malnutrition, amid an increase in the number of cases of this disease among children to 550 cases in areas controlled by the rebel Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia.
A member of the Chamber explained that the medical office received reports of the death of three children under the age of two due to complications of malnutrition, while the number of cases that visit the therapeutic nutrition department at Bashayer Hospital weekly reached 550 cases.
