Cash Airdropped to Kadugli

The Air Force successfully completed an airdrop of cash to the city of Kadugli.

The drop came to address the stifling liquidity crisis affecting the cities of Kadugli and Dilling.

The cash dropped represents the penultimate portion of the approved fund, amounting to 20 trillion Sudanese pounds.

Meanwhile, the Central Bank of Sudan’s Kadugli branch has completed arrangements to disburse salaries to civil service employees in Kadugli and Dilling. Disbursements are expected to begin today.
