Capital’s Security Shield: 360 Posts and Patrols Securing Khartoum
The Director of Criminal Investigations at Khartoum State Police, Major General Sami Abu Al-Hassan, confirmed the stability of security and criminal conditions across all localities of the state, announcing a “tangible security breakthrough” currently being experienced in the capital thanks to high-level coordination among various law enforcement forces.
During his participation in the “Ramadan Police Forum” in Omdurman, Major General Abu Al-Hassan revealed the deployment of more than 360 security check-points and patrols throughout the streets of the state. He emphasized that this widespread presence has directly contributed to cutting off sources of crime and combating negative phenomena threatening public safety.
The Director of Criminal Investigations stressed that state agencies are moving forward decisively to create a secure and safe environment, ensuring citizens can return to their homes. He pointed out that maintaining this stability is the police’s top priority at the current stage.
