Arrest warrant issued against 28 suspects, most notably Lt. Gen. Taha, Tasabeeh Khatir and Mujahid Bushra
The Sudanese Public Prosecutor has taken legal action against supporters and members of the rebel Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia, numbering 28 suspects, most notably the former President’s Office Directer, Lt. Gen. Taha Al-Hussein, Sky News presenter Tasabeeh Khatir, and a number of activists including Hiba Hashim Al-Wasila, Mohamed Al-Rabie, Dr. Alaa El-Din Nugud, Za-Al-Nun Osman, Mujahid Bushra and others.
The arrest warrants were issued under the provisions of the Criminal Code and the fight against terrorism.
