Al-Misbah vows to respond to assassination attempt within RSF militia’s heartland

Al-Baraa bin Malik Corps commander, Al-Misbah Abu Zeid, threatened the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia with a response to the assassination attempt he survived on Saturday.

Al-Misbah said, on his Facebook page, that no one is better at using drones than them, adding, “We have no rivals in this field.” He added, “Whoever your sponsor is… our response to the targeting of Atbara was harsh on you before… and the next response will be within your heartland.”

Al-Baraa bin Malik Corps commander survived an assassination attempt on Saturday when his office was targeted by a drone in the Omdurman area.

Military sources reported that the attack was carried out by an attack drone targeting the command headquarters, resulting in material damage, but Commander Abu Zeid was unharmed.
