Al-Burhan Officially Invited to Visit Saudi Arabia

Well-informed sources told Al-Ownan24 that President of Sudan’s Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), General Abdel-Fattah Al-Burhan, has received an official invitation to visit the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The expected visit will address efforts to end the war, the Saudi-U.S. initiative aimed at establishing peace in Sudan, and measures to secure the Red Sea region.

The anticipated trip comes just days after Eritrean President Isaias Afwerki conducted a working visit to Saudi Arabia in response to an invitation from Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
