Abdul-Wahid Asks Israel to Train 5,000 Soldiers

The Sudan Liberation Movement (SLM-AW), leded by Abdul-Wahid Mohamed Nour, held secret meetings in South Sudan during June 2-5, headed by the movement’s chairman and his deputy, Maj. Gen. Abdullah Harran, along with a number of advisors and camp officials.
According to Al-Aunwan 24, the meetings discussed the movement’s situation in light of recent developments and how to deal with the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia, which has continued to expand into areas under the movement’s control.
The meetings also touched on the possibility of negotiating with the militia.
The meeting concluded, according to sources, on the need to coordinate with several Western countries regarding military support.
During the meetings, it was agreed that Israel should provide 5,000 soldiers with advanced military training, including drones, cyberwarfare, and heavy weapons.
The movement decided to coordinate with the so-called civilian administration of the rebel Rapid Support Forces militia and seek to form a broad civilian front against what they called the existing military regime.
