Three RSF Military Convoys Destroyed and Dozens of Foreign ‎Mercenaries Captured on Fronts Advancing Towards Darfur

The Sudanese Armed Forces, backed by the Sudan Shield Forces, have ‎made significant and steady advances along fronts approaching the ‎Darfur Region, recording what the sources described as strategic ‎victories, including the destruction of foreign supply lines serving the ‎rebel Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia and the capture of several of ‎its members, amid the arrival of substantial military reinforcements in ‎the theatre of operations.‎

Exclusive field sources said the forces had completely destroyed three ‎RSF combat convoys that were coming from a neighbouring country to ‎provide logistical and military support to the rebel militia. The sources ‎added that the attack prompted a prominent field commander from ‎the Mahariya clan to flee, abandoning his forces under heavy fire.‎

In the same context, the forces seized three fuel tanker trucks arriving ‎from the same neighbouring country. The Sudan Shield Forces’ ‎leadership renewed its pledge to remain fully prepared and ready to ‎repel and thwart all RSF movements.‎

Regarding efforts to strengthen combat capabilities, sources within the ‎Sudan Shield Forces disclosed the arrival of advanced military supplies, ‎including combat equipment fitted with the latest devices and ‎technologies, as well as newly deployed groups of fighters who had ‎undergone training to the highest standards of readiness and combat ‎proficiency.‎

The sources announced the arrival on the battlefield of what they ‎described as the force’s strongest combat convoy, known as the “Visa ‎Convoy,” under the command of prominent military leaders. The ‎convoy comprises a striking force of dozens of Toyota Land Cruiser ‎combat vehicles, armoured vehicles, and advanced, high-quality ‎electronic jamming systems designed to disrupt enemy ‎communications.‎

The sources further disclosed that the battles had resulted in the ‎capture of a large number of foreign mercenaries fighting alongside ‎the rebel militia, as well as the seizure of several of their combat ‎vehicles complete with their equipment. The sources described these ‎losses as a severe blow to the militia’s capabilities on the western ‎front.‎
