Al-Burhan: Countries and foreign parties are seeking revenge against Sudan… We reject foreign interference

President of Sudan’s Transitional Sovereignty Council, Abdel-Fattah Al-Burhan, said that the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF), with the support of allies, are capable of vanquishing what he called “Al-Dagalo’s militia,” referring to the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia led by Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo (Hemeidti).

In an interview with El Español published Monday, Al-Burhan stressed Sudan’s categorical rejection of any international interference in its internal affairs, noting that some countries and foreign parties are seeking revenge against Sudan and undermining its sovereignty.

Al-Burhan explained that his country’s foreign relations will be based on each country’s position on the war, adding that the Sudanese government’s priorities in Darfur are achieving peace and stability, ending the rebellion, and returning displaced persons (IDPs) to their areas.

TSC President and SAF Commander underscored that sustainable solutions to the crises must come through national dialogue, warning against resorting to unsustainable external solutions.
