Intelligence tightens grip on the most dangerous narcotics dealers in Kassala

The Intelligence Department of the 11th Infantry Division succeeded in a qualitative operation in seizing large quantities of the (Shashmandi) narcotics estimated at about 25 billion pounds, after careful monitoring of the information available to the security services about the smuggling and promotion activity in the region. The force was able to arrest the key suspect.

The Head of the Intelligence Department of the 11th Infantry Division, Colonel Essam El-Din Ahmed, confirmed that the operation came within the framework of continuing security efforts aimed at combating drugs and pursuing dealers, in accordance with their previous pledge during the seizure that took place last week, noting that the ongoing coordination with other regular organs aims to impose the prestige of the state and ensure that Kassala is free of negative phenomena.
