After a year of putting off… (Sudanese Certificate) to kick off on Saturday afternoon
On December 28th, a number of (343,644) male and female students will sit for the Sudanese Secondary Schools Certificate Examinations postponed due to the war in (2300) centers inside and outside Sudan.
The students will sit for the exam, unusually, internally and externally, at 2:30 p.m. The number of those who registered for the Exams before the war was (535,848) male and female students. But the war prevented (192,204) about 35% of the number of students from registering.
The Minister of Education, Ahmed Khalifa Omar, said that the ministry has completed its preparations for the exams to be held on time and the seating numbers were delivered to all states except Khartoum, which is expected to receive them during the day due to the increase in the number of students after the “defeat of the militia” in Bahri and some areas of Omdurman, noting that there are backup numbers for all states to enable all students desiring to take the exam.
The Minister explained, in the forum of the Sudan News Agency (SUNA) that there are ongoing efforts to solve the problem of Sudanese students in Chad, stating that they are ready to deliver exams and supervisors if the governmental and popular efforts succeed in resolving the problem.
