Armies from (10) hubs begin to advance towards (Madani)

The armed forces (SAF) and other regular forces continued their military operations and victories in Sennar State, where the areas of (Abu Hagar, Om Banin, Dar Agil, Al-Layona, Om Badir and Wad Al-Nayal) were liberated. At a time, the state witnessed the convergence of 4 armies, namely the Sennar Army, the Eastern Army coming from Al-Dindir, the White Nile Army and the Blue Nile Army, in preparation for the advance towards Wad Madani, which will impulse into Al-Gezira State from at least 10 hubs.
Sources reported to (Sudanese Echoes) that the army began last Sunday night important breaches in the eastern areas of Sorhan and Wad Al-Nura in Al-Gezira, expecting the army to reach the Al-Tekaina area to separate Al-Hasahisa Locality from Khartoum. At the same time the 18th Division of Kosti was active and carried out a successful combing operation in Naima area near Al-Getaina.
The sources confirmed that the Sudan Shield forces supporting the army, led by Abu Agla Kaykal, are active in terrifying operations for the militia in the northeastern Al-Gezira State. The source explained that the Eastern Army, which set out from Al-Faw, began its operations and reached the outskirts of (Al-Sharif Yagoub), 36 kilometers from Madani. Another army is also based to the west near the “Bika” area, 4 kilometers from the land port of Madani. The source said that the military plan to liberate Wad Madani is ready and was waiting for the liberation of Singa, expecting it to be quick and surprising.
In the same context, the militia elements in Wad Madani are living in a state of terror and confusion, while the majority of the militia withdrew from the areas south of Al-Gezira towards Madani. The sources underscored the high rates of escape among the militia elements, adding that the militia commandership issued orders to the bases located at the entrances of Madani to prevent citizens from leaving.
For his part, political analyst Abdul-Majeed Abdul-Hamid revealed that the militia commandership had put forward three options to defend Madani; the first of which was to mobilize in Wad Al-Haddad in the south of the state, the second was to withdraw forces from inside Madani, and the third was to withdraw towards the north of the state to the Giad area and evacuate the state.
