Sources of Legislation
COLORS OF LIFE

Gray:*When you listen or read to some political analysts or ignorant of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia, who call themselves advisors, you encounter contradictory statements and ignorance of history and developments in political life in Sudan.
* Let us start with those who talk about marginalization, and perhaps the last of them are the killers of the RSF militia who allege that they represent the marginalized in Darfur, while the formation of the militia itself is based on one tribe and one family, which began its fight against other tribes in a clear racist act, exclusion, war of extermination, displacement, replacement and substitution of the owners of the land with others. How can someone who began his action with marginalization and racism claim that he represents the marginalized?
*Another allegation is the eradication of the 56 state, which is a false claim, since those who proposed independence in parliament were from Darfur and the other from Kordofan. In fact, all Sudanese parliaments in all eras did not ignore or exclude any of the Sudanese regions that were represented by their citizens, tribal chieftains, leaders and educated people. So what is the 56 state that they want to fight?
*Another matter, where is the 56 state in Khartoum and the north? Why then are the Masalit tribe and the non-Arab and sometimes Arab tribes of Darfur being exterminated? These are pretexts to achieve other goals that appear directly when these people lose the logic and are unable to defend the slogans they launch, so they utter hateful racist words such as (Falnagay “not native”) or (Felol “remnant”), words they do not know the consequent spread of hatred among the members of the same community.
*Because they do not know anything about the history of Sudan and its heritage, such stupid words and expressions come out. They do not know that all the constitutions that were made during the national era since independence even during the era of military rule, agreed on the sources of legislation, which is that the first source is Islamic law or custom, and consensus, that is, what comes out unanimously or by the majority of the people of Sudan through their gatherings or state parliaments, out of respect for the diversity and formations of Sudanese society.
*Therefore, no person or group will be able to transcend the diversity, religions, customs and Sudanese heritage, as they are deeply rooted in society and will not be vanquished by weapons or the help of foreigners and Western countries.
Sudan will remain for the Sudanese, if Allah willing.
