19 Fake Military Offices Claiming to Represent the Joint Forces Shut Down in Khartoum

The Joint Force of the Armed Struggle Movements has announced the closure of 19 fake military offices operating under its name in Khartoum.
In a statement received by Sudanese Echoes, the Joint Force said that the Supreme Security Committee of Khartoum State carried out a large-scale security campaign on Sunday to combat negative phenomena in several neighborhoods of the capital.
The statement explained that the campaign was conducted in implementation of a decision by President of the Transitional Sovereignty Counciln (TSC), General Abdel-Fattah Al-Burhan.
The operation involved the participation of all regular forces, including units from the Sudanese Armed Forces, the Joint Force of the Armed Struggle Movements, the General Intelligence Service, in addition to other security and police bodies.
The campaign was carried out under the direct supervision of the Commander of the Khartoum State Military Zone, Major General Osman Jumaa Bashir, and the Joint Force Intelligence Chief, Colonel Selaik Dayfah.
According to the statement, the operation focused on several key areas in southern Khartoum, including Al-Azhari, Mayo, Soba, and Al-Haj Yousif.
The forces successfully shut down more than 19 fake military offices that were illegally claiming to represent the “Joint Force of the Armed Struggle Movements.”
The Security Committee emphasized that this campaign is not a one-time event but part of an ongoing process aimed at combating all negative phenomena in the capital’s three cities—Khartoum, Bahri, and Omdurman—until they are fully cleared. The goal is to restore security and stability and protect the rights and gains of citizens.
